Positive: I had a wonderful experience at Soro Hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable, providing a great atmosphere to relax. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. What truly stands out is the staff the personnel were amazing, very professional, and always ready to help with a smile. It is definitely one of the best hotels in Dushanbe. I will certainly come back again.

Positive: Nice small, family run hotel. The hospitality and warmnes of the owner and his family was sensational. I arrived early and was asked to eat breakfast until the room was ready. The owner Mirso helped me where he could and always had a smile for me. I felt welcome the whole time. Thank you so much.

Negative: carpet in the first floor could be cleaner. some smell of smoke in the first foyer. breakfast was prepared with love but I personally liked to see more of traditional breakfast of local cheese , local cream , local milk , local butter, local honey .

Summary: Price was great. staff were nice and helpful. There is a way to make great improvements .

The hotel is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and perfect for a good rest after a long day in the city. What truly makes Soro Hotel special is the hospitality. The owner and staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely care about every guest. We were welcomed like family, not just customers. Airport pickup was perfectly organized, even at a very late hour, which made our arrival completely stress-free. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and prepared with love — much better than in many bigger hotels. The location is also excellent, close to the city center and main attractions. We have stayed in many hotels around the world, but Soro Hotel stands out for its warmth, honesty, and outstanding service. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Dushanbe. We would definitely stay here again. 10/10 – simply perfect.

Positive: Hands down the most friendly accommodation in Dushanbe. Comfortable airport transfers, delicious breakfast, clean rooms, and despite the fact that we had already checked out, the owner made up a room for us to rest before our evening flight. Would recommend!
